A short toilet/ water break every 2 hours with two meal stops. The return is via D- Bay, Scarborough, Honibrook, Sandgate and bike track back to Teralba Park.  Suggest you bring energy food, sunscreen and other personal requirements for a full days riding. (Note - Ride route may change slightly on the day depending on riders and wind direction) Leader : 'TJ'  What next?
